If your problem is not listed, try the following:
1. Restart your device and restart the game.
2. Check that your game is up to date. You can get more information on how to check if the game is updated to the latest version. You can find the way of updating in the corresponding article.
3. Delete the game and reinstall it from the application store. Don't worry, if your device is connected to the Internet, you will not lose your progress.
4. Ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for normal play.
If none of the above methods helps, please contact our game support and describe your problem in detail:
- What does not work exactly?
- Last operation you did before the problem occured.
- When did the problem occur for the first time? (After an upgrade, reinstallation etc.)
- Attach a screenshot to illustrate your problem if possible.
- Your ID and version number.
